The C40 Climate Control Device is designed to optimize respiratory comfort and safety for users of supplied-air helmets. Lightweight (277 g) and belt-mounted, it enables users to cool air by up to 29 °C or heat it by for up to 18 °C, simply via a lever switch. Featuring a 360° swivel air inlet and adjustable airflow dial, it accommodates diverse work environments and helmet types, including Nova 3, Z-Link and Astro models.

Crafted from durable materials with replaceable silencers, it minimizes maintenance and keeps operators comfortable under extreme temperature conditions. Certified to NIOSH, EN, and AS/NZS standards, the C40 ensures clean, tempered air to meet safety requirements.
